Seamus Buxton, tenor
Seamus Buxton has been singing since the cradle (as his mom likes to say). A graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance, he has become a staple in the upstate and southern tier choral music scene. A frequent performer and soloist with Cayuga Vocal Ensemble and the Southern Tier Singers’ Collective, Seamus is also a soloist and section leader at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Ithaca. An avid musical theater and opera performer, some of Seamus’s favorite roles have been Monty Navarro from A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (Elmira Little Theater), Marco from The Gondolier’s (Cornell Savoyards Theater Company), and Toad from A Year with Frog and Toad (Walking on Water Productions).
Making his OSFL debut this October, Seamus is delighted to join the family.
