Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. If you cannot attend a concert, please share the treasure and give your tickets to someone else to enjoy the concert.

Subscriptions will be processed by the Clemens Center and mailed to you. If you buy your subscription within a week of the concert date, your tickets will be held for you at the Clemens Center Box Office. If your seating assignment does not meet your approval after you receive your tickets, please contact the Clemens Center Box Office at (607) 734-8191.
