Are season tickets refundable?
No, season ticket subscriptions are non-refundable, but they are transferrable! If you cannot attend a concert, please share the treasure and give your tickets to someone else to enjoy the concert.
What if I can't make it to a concert that's included in my subscription?
Your tickets are fully transferrable! Can't make it to a show? Simply pass your ticket(s) on to a friend.

Why is there tiered pricing for Orchestra Concerts? How do I choose my seat?
The pricing options for orchestra concerts reflect the seating options available. There are three tiers of seating options (Sections A, B, and C). Section A offers the best seats in the house with the best sound. Section B offers great seats, with great sound. Section C offers the most economical pricing with side seating, and may either be closer to or further away from the stage, depending on the venue. Seating at The Park Church will have designated sections A, B, and C. You may sit wherever you like within those sections.
Additionally, the Clemens Center and Corning Museum of Glass have balcony and orchestra level seating. When selecting your seat preferences, please indicate the level and section (left, center, right) when choosing your seats.
As a subscriber, you'll have access to the best seats available in whichever section you choose. Why can't I select a seat for the Chamber Series?
All Chamber Music Series concerts are general admission, so there is no reserved seating. Get there early to claim the best seat in the house. We also often have pre-concert wine tastings—another reason to arrive early!
How does subscription pricing compare to purchasing individual tickets?
Early bird discount subscription tickets are available until August 5, 2025 and provide the steepest discounts available. With an early bird, full season subscription you can save up to 25% over individual ticket pricing and avoid extra fees.
Individual Orchestra Series tickets range from $29-$59 (plus fees) depending on the section. Individual Chamber Series concerts are $40 (plus fees).
